Our Roots

Koraput Nari Shakti Farmer's Producer Company Limited (KNSFPCL) is a women-led Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) established on July 23, 2020. It is registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with the support of the NGO PRADAN. The company has an authorized share capital of 35 lakhs and a paid-up capital of 28.438 lakhs, and it is supported by 5,976 shareholders. To date, KNSFPCL has achieved a turnover of 1.61 crores and operates in the Lamtaput and Nandapur blocks of the Koraput district.

This year, KNSFPCL has focused on serving our existing shareholders in the agriculture and livestock sectors. By providing good-quality inputs and reaching them by output marketing, we projected a turnover of 3 crore for this financial year. Additionally, we aimed to attract 200 new shareholders.

KNSFPCL envisioned reaching as many people as possible across both blocks of Koraput through our services. Our goal was to provide fair marketing services directly to the community, eliminating the need for middlemen, so that individuals could earn extra income and receive fair prices for their produce. We aimed to establish a strong, recognizable identity within the community through the quality of our services.
